Position: Property Administrator Industry: Real Estate Management Work Term: Permanent Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week  Key Responsibilities:  Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner  Ensure terms of lease agreements are met  Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties  Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance  Coordinated the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation  Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners  Compiled and maintained records on operating expenses and income  Prepare expense and income reports  Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants  Requirements:  Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate  Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role  Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)  Strong interpersonal and communication skills  Highly organized and detail-oriented  Ability to work effectively in a team environment & fast paced environment    Send resume and cover letter to mia@ptccyvr.com no later than April 27, 2025.   ...
