NOW HIRING – Property Administrator

Position: Property Administrator
Industry: Real Estate Management
Work Term: Permanent
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner 
  • Ensure terms of lease agreements are met 
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties 
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance 
  • Coordinated the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation 
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners 
  • Compiled and maintained records on operating expenses and income 
  • Prepare expense and income reports 
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants 

Requirements: 

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate 
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment & fast paced environment
