Position: Property Administrator
Industry: Real Estate Management
Work Term: Permanent
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
- Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
- Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
- Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
- Coordinated the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
- Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
- Compiled and maintained records on operating expenses and income
- Prepare expense and income reports
- Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment & fast paced environment
